I own and use both. I personally see the benefit of both.
I have an old car that I work on and buy used parts and parts made overseas. If you can and do only buy from the dealership and only use them and have a nice fat car note good for you.

I welcome all businesses to advertise, educate and provide customer service. At the end if the day I shop where I am treated like a person.... If not I'll shop online, where it's cheaper and they don't know my name either.
