Our time is better spent helping people.
2. Do not at anytime judge people on their situation or what they are asking for. If you think that someone is abusing the generosity of people, please contact ADMIN straight away. We will approach that person by PM if we deem necessary. It is not necessary to air dirty laundry here. If an admin does contact you, please don't take offence; we are just trying to maintain the integrity of the page, and ultimately help as many people as we can. Sometimes we may just need to understand a little more about your situation to assist you more effectively.
3. Please do not post negative comments about other organisations. If you have an issue with them, please talk to them, that's the only way they have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
4. Please remember, this page was set up as a FREE EXCHANGE of goods. This page is run by volunteers, we will do our best to assist you, but please be patient as we have children and jobs also
5. Anyone who is found selling any items they have received in good faith from this page will automatically be removed and banned from the page. This page is not designed for greedy people to profit off other people's goodwill.
