Between the 18th & 21st of May this year Stef, Andy, Dave, Mark, Jim, Iain, Gibby and I (Our merry band of English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh runners, I’m sure there’s the makings of a joke in there somewhere) will embark on ‘The Wee Big Run’ to London in aid of Sport Relief. Our route will cover approximately 500 miles of the UK’s roads and countryside and it will see each one of us complete between 60 & 70 miles over the course of the four days, which for our motley crew will be a massive task.
Our chosen charity Sport Relief and the phenomenal work they do in both the UK and abroad will no doubt be well known to you all, the list of things they do would fill several pages so I'll wont attempt to list them all here, however I would ask that you please dig deep and donate whatever you can for an incredibly worthwhile charity.
I would like to thank you all on behalf of the ‘Wee Big Runners’ for any donations we receive and all I can say is pray for us all as there’s going to be some sore bodies out there and more than a few blisters !!!
