Let me set some rules.
1. If you have a lot of things for sale please respect everyone else on the site and put them in an album. If not then take a picture and list the items WITH the price and description.
2. If you have not put a picture or price I will start deleting the adds.
3. I will also delete anyone that is acting in anyway disrespectful.
4. This is not a social site so talk to each other and state your opinions on your own Facebook page.
5. Delete anything that has been sold or comment SOLD so everyone will know
6. Please be honest and put things on that are working and not broke..
7. Be Fair, First come First Served.
8. If a Seller doesn't want to hold an item that is their choice.
9. Only bump your items once every 24 hours.
10.IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS BETWEEN A BUYER AND SELLER WORK IT OUT BETWEEN YOURSELFS AND PLEASE DO NOT POST IT TO THE GROUP. IF A DEAL GOES BAD THE BEST COURSE IS TO LEARN FROM IT AND NOT BUY FROM THAT PERSON AGAIN. LET YOUF FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT THE SELLER IF YOU FEEL YOU SHOULD BUT NOT ON THE GROUP PAGE.
11. PLEASE DO NOT DE-VALUE SOMEONE ELSE'S POST. IF YOU THINK IT IS TOO HIGH PRICED, PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT ON IT. JUST SIMPLY DON'T BUY IT.
12. No Auction or Outbidding others! This is a small community and I am afraid it will cause too many hard feelings between friends.

When someone is looking for something and asking questions about price and how to get it. Do not jump infront of them and buy it out from under them. It is rude and shows poor character. If I catch anyone doing this they will be warned and if they do it twice they will be deleted! Please wait until the questions are answered and give them a reasonable amount of time to get back with the seller. Some don't live on here all the time like I do. LOL

If you want something post on it to secure your place in line. It is first come first serve on posts! If you are not first in line please do not jump infront of others. Give them time to respond. Post that you are interested in it if the person infront of them decides not to get it!! Then wait, we are not a bunch of hungry wolves. If you want to post items for sale on here you need to go in order of who posted first not who called you or messaged you first to be fair. Thank You! If a seller can't hold something that is thier choice as long as they post first one with the cash gets it.
2/24/12: Cell Phone users don't always get all of their posts on here it is best to tag their name to it when you post you want it to be sure they see it. Or post that you want it and message them as well. This might help alot. Thank You!
4/30/12: Type in English only! If I can't read it then I assume it is something that shouldn't be said on the group wall. If I have to delete your comment in any other language than English then you will be deleted with it. Not to Offend any other nationality but it needs to be posted where everyone can read it.
7/8/12: All Members need to read the rules. There will no longer be a warning for breaking the rules, you will be removed for 2 weeks for the first time and permitly if you break a rule after that. If you block any adminstrators and they can't see what you post then you will also be removed. Thank You! :)
