Ok just a few things...
1) I am not being paid to do this! I want to do it!
2) With that being said I am going to tell you a few things that Briana also offers that you can buy.
- She offers a full meal plan for 3x meals a day plus 2x snacks, recipes, grocery list this is $10/month and you can sign up on her website
- She has a guide book she wrote after her first 100lb weight loss
- There is a bikini body mommy cook book
- There is a(new) success journal to track your weight, measurements, reps and workouts!

4) The more the merrier!! If you have a friend or family member interested in the challenge they are more than welcome to join. I am going to try to keep this to women only, not because the program is only for women but because id like to encourage everyone to show progress pictures and I think some would be more comfortable if it was women only.
5) This is a private group. Meaning people can find it and see you are in it but they can NOT see anything you post in this group..
6) This is a safe group! There will be NO advertising of any kind! As the admin who is a beach body coach if I can follow this rule so can you. If you want to know about a beach body program you have heard about feel free to message me but I will not be advertising their products specifically. You will be given one waning, a second offence will have you blocked and removed.
