We have so many holidays coming up in the next few months! There will be parties, big meals, and treats everywhere! On top of that most of us will be extra busy with all that these events entail! So we are going to take a few weeks to build a strong clean eating foundation focusing on simplicity! It's time to start incorporating some healthy life style changes to be armed with tools, tips and tricks to get you through these busy times without your waist line suffering!! We will focus on balanced, clean and simple eating MOST of the time so when we chose our indulgences and enjoy the seasonal treats we don't have to feel guilty nor will we gain the holiday weight!
