If someone has a question and puts interested, but decides after the question is answered that they are no longer interested, THEN the seller can move to the next person. If a seller puts fcfs the seller can sell to the buyer that can get it 1st. All buyers have 24hrs to respond and make meeting arrangements. If they have not responded by 24hrs, the buyer can move to the next person.
