This group is for the mums of Sevenoaks that have some weight to lose and want the support of a group to lose it in. There is no specific diet. Each member will stick to a diet of their own choice. Proposed weigh in days are Tuesday and Thursdays, some people may want to take their body measurements as a weight loss indicator. It's a group where if one of us has a BAD day we can get support. Also share information on diets and exercise. Everyone will have a diet that works best for them, ultimately the goal is just to lose weight and be happy whilst your doing it!!! :-)
A few simple ground rules to adhere to
1) This group is for those who have weight to lose. They need to lose weight to get within a healthy BMI 18-24
2) we must all respect one another, anyone who does not adhere to this will have a warning from Admin and if it continues wil be removed from group
