Working out who wins the Auction Bid..The last bid is the one at the the end of the action, at the exact ending time that has been requested .ie if an action ends at 7pm the last person with the bid at 7pm in the winner,even it the clock reads 7.59sec's not at 7.01pm. If a sale falls through its up to the seller if they want to pass to next person or relist the item/s again.
If there is confusion in this matter Admin will always have the last say Regardless
The Winner is the person with the highest bid at the ending time requested.

if anyone would like to know how to check for the last bid as we do, you just put your mouse on the time below the comment ie 15mins, 2hrs ago etc and it gives you the correct time..unfortunately i have noticed with some mobile users the time has been out by a few minutes....thanx everyone..let me know how you go..the last bid can be on the exact time but not a minute over,also could people plse highlight the winners names so they are aware that they have won the item,and it also makes it easier for clean-up too!
