Banksia Beach Bunnies Playgroup is registered with Playgroup Queensland and is a non profit community group. Playgroup is for children aged between 0-5 years old. Mums, Dads and Carers are all welcome. We meet for playtime and friendship on Wednesdays from 9:30am - 11:30am, in studio 2 at the Bribie Island Community Arts Centre, Sunderland Drive Banksia Beach.
The playgroup room has a safe indoor play area and a paved outdoor court yard, a small sink and bench space for morning tea prep and tea and coffee making. There are toilets outside the room just a few steps down the walkway and a full kitchen with a fridge and oven that we can also use.
The cost is $5 per family this covers the hire of the room, purchase of toys, equipment, art materials, tea and coffee and morning tea for the parents.
After your first 2 visits if you have enjoyed our playgroup you will be required join Playgroup Queensland, the yearly membership fee is $40 and can be paid online at https://www.playgroupqueensland.com.au/become-playgroup-member/
This enables you to continue to attend and covers our playgroups insurance.
Please bring a piece of fruit or something healthy to cut up to share for the children's morning tea and your child's hat. Water will be available.
