* MUST BE 18 AND OVER TO USE THE GROUP! Safety first.
* Please be in Covington, VA or Surrounding areas to buy/sell here. If not, at least be willing to come that far to buy/sell. Out of courtesy to others, do not volunteer someone else to buy/sell something for you unless you've spoken with them first.
* When an item is posted please list a brief description of the item and a price , *this is mandatory. There will be no "Make Offer's" These post will be removed.
* Make sure your settings allow anyone to send you a message; need help changing your settings, just ask an admin.
*Anyone blocking a admin on this group will be removed immediately. If you break any rule we can't pm you.
* Albums: Albums should include pictures of items you are selling and should include the price. The price, size, & any additional information should be included in the caption spot of the picture. Make 1 album. There is no limit on the amount of pictures your able to upload. BEFORE YOU PUBLISH YOUR ALBUM MAKE SURE YOUR NAME, DATE (MONTH), AND ACTIVE ARE LISTED ON THE TITLE. For Example: "Amanda Carroll, November - Active".
* Bumping is allowed once every 24 hours. Only bump 2 or 3 items in your album in a 24 hour period. This includes other members bumping the items for you.
* If interested in an item make sure to comment that you want or interested, just clicking "like" or asking a question doesn't mean you want the item.
* Don't skip interested buyers. Please be as fair as possible. Please wait 24 hours from the moment the first interested buyer has come forth before moving on to the next in line.
* If you are a member of more then one Yard Sale page, that is fine, please make it easier on yourself & others and give a little time before posting the same items on each page. If you have an album on another page, please put sale pending on all pictures on all pages.
* If sale is pending, please state so. You don't have to delete the item until it's actually sold.
* Delete photos after items sell or let an admin know and they'll be happy to do it for you.
* Don't t list your items to be sold individually. Put them into an album. Unless you are a cell phone user ONLY please state that you are so that your items won't be deleted, and do not post more than 5 items at a time.
* If you make an appointment to show, plan to show - we understand that things happen when they do contact the person immediately. Multiple no shows is a no go and you WILL be removed from the group.
* A member is given 3 warnings for breaking the rules before they're permanently banned. Therefore; there will be NO second chances!
* Rude behavior towards anyone in the group will not be tolerated and please keep the drama OFF the page or you will be blocked immediately.
*You may post your Yard Sale but please post items separate to sale on here.
