No items will be held for anyone unless expressed in writing by the seller. Unfortunately not every sale will work out for everyone as working on-line creates some delays in response time. Also........You're not dealing with Walmart or Canadian Tire here. There are no guarantees or warranties. It is strictly Buyer Beware. There are a few simple rules to follow in order to limit your chances of being mislead by less than honest sellers.
1. If a seller has posted a catalogue or internet picture of the item they are selling, request a picture of the actual item. Chances are it isn't in as good as it looks in the catalogue picture.
2. Make sure the item works before you pay for it. If the seller tells you it needs a battery or a switch, you have two choices. Either refuse to purchase the item or you ask for a written agreement that if the item does not work once you replace the defective part, the seller will provide a full refund. At least that way you have a leg to stand on.
3. Never buy sight unseen. You are only asking for trouble when you do this.
