A group for this Departments alumni and associates.The dept was started in 1964, and since 1985-86, it also offers the M.Sc. Biotechnology Course in addition to the Master's course in Microbiology.
Recently the Biotechnology course completed it's silver jubilee (25 years)..The department is preparing for its Golden Jubilee (50years) and is one of the oldest departments in the field in India..This group is for present and past M.Sc & PhD students and all those associated with the dept, especially Faculties.
