This group is set up strictly for the participants of the 2015 visible results challenge contest. The terms are as follows:
* Pictures have to be submitted to enter as well as a $20 entry fee. Fee and pictures have to be submitted by the posted deadline- SUBMISSIONS of pics made to JBBCHALLENGES@GMAIL.COM for out of towers. If you are local it would be my preference to take your pics personally at my current gym location.
* You do not have to attend fitness classes with me, Jennifer Brooks Biel, to participate nor do you have to even live in Xenia.
* Challenge ends and FINAL pics are due by the posted deadline. There will be NO 'final' reminder to submit. It is your responsibility to submit pics ... although I am sure the chatter in here will be non stop. :)
* It is not most pounds lost, not highest % lost... it is ALL VISUAL. The greatest visible results wins.
* There will be 4 judges. They are all affiliated with the fitness industry but not with us. When pictures are submitted to the judges faces will NOT be included in pictures.
* Upon submitting your pictures you give me the rights to use your before and after pictures. I do however promise your head will be removed :)
* Prizes to be announced.
If you know me you know I am ALL ABOUT the relationship aspect of life! Life is all about relationships. Allow this to be a time to encourage yourself and others. There is absolutely no cutting down of others. I don't get down with that and I have no tolerance for it. So... let us encourage each other in great things!! This is going to be AWESOME!!!!
