( 1 ) If selling or buying please make sure there are others around you, so as not to let any old random into your home who could cause a threat or generally be a bit strange, safety is paramount.
( 2 ) Any posts that are slagging off other members will not be tolerated or any swearing either , if people are found doing this they will be removed
( 3) If uploading pictures please do these in albums & please remove them once sold thus keeping the group tidy and presentable.
the albums can hold around 250 photo`s at one time so it would be best practice to have 1 album for yourself and then you wouldn't have to keep creating extra albums every time you want to sell something
( 4 ) if a sale has been agreed please if for whatever reason you are then unable to buy please contact the seller as we all don't like our time being wasted , so don't waste other peoples, people who continue to do this will be removed from the group.
( 5 ). BUMPING As people have voiced there opinions on the matter of bumping , i shall now request if your are to bump an album that you do this every 6 Hours to give other sellers a chance.

Let this now be known to the group, so that there may not be any miscommunication or misunderstanding. That going forward from this post today as of 23/01/2012 @ 21:53 that any one found bumping more than once in 6 hours will be removed , anyone who doesn't place pictures into albums regardless if there`s only one photo or not will be removed , people who don't know how to make albums only need ask and we would be more than happy to assist them.
there will be no name calling,victimisation,slander,swearing or anything else that promotes negativity. Hopefully the good majority of you would find this fair.
