PARE Ate/Kuya/Ading Program is a English group. Having alot of group type in Facebook: close, open and secret and it is a CLOSED group. They attracted 81 members. So it is a Tiny group. 1427623017467997 is the identifier of this group with Facebook. 2015-02-13 15:16:16 is the closest date we have information about it.

PARE's Ate/Kuya/Ading Program is a mentorship program to integrate the newcomers with the general body members. In Tagalog, "Ate" means "big sister", "Kuya" means "big brother", and "Ading" means "little brother/little sister".

Every Ate and Kuya within the program has been active for at least one year in PARE with great knowledge about the organization and has gone through an application process to ensure that they are willing to be good role models to their Adings. (There is no application process for Adings)

Questionnaires were filled out by all Ates, Kuyas, and Adings in order to find their perfect match to help their respective Ading flourish within the organization.

There are various events throughout the year for Ates and Kuyas to foster their friendships and to get to know their Adings better. (Ate/Kuya/Ading Scavenger Hunt, Ate/Kuya/Ading Picnic & Field Day, monthly cultural facts, etc.)

And one final note! This program is not to be confused with a Greek Big/Little program, so please refrain from the use of those terms.
