Waterland Resprt Multi Purpose Cooperative was established in 2006 with 10 founding members. it is located in Barangay Osias, Kabacan, Cotabato. The resort has one swimming pool for children and one big pool almost Olympic size. The area has several cottages, one big function hall and a small one which can accommodate 50 people. The big function hall can accommodate 500 people during weddings, debuts, promenades, and other special occasions. There are also seven rooms where people can stay over night. The resort has also a canteen. Construction of a new restaurant is on going.
