This group is composed of participants who participated in the JICA – KITA sponsored program titled ‘Practical Human Resource Development in Electrical and Electronics Engineering for Africa’. This program is designed to develop human resources who can integrated the gaps between education and actual technology in industry by enhancing practical teaching capacity in vocational training institutions, technical colleges and technical high schools.
