NO knives, guns, etc or anything unsafe.
Abusive or Threating behaviour, will not be tolerated you will be removed.
listing an item, please put a price, location, description, make/model, size/measurements to save people asking questions.
Please give the first person who shows interest first refusal to make things fair as people do leave the shop for work/kids etc.If you make a offer lower than the price asked for and someone offers the full amount it is then down to the seller to either accept the lower offer or ask the person offering the lower amount if they are willing to pay the full amount!! If you do not get a response from someone within 12 hours, it is reasonable to then offer to the next person that has shown interest.
Do NOT write 'PM Me' or 'inbox me' on your adds or they will be deleted - it is fair enough to comment "i'm interested will pm you" and then to do so, but not before a comment has been left for all to see in case of dispute.
You can only bump or relist an item where there has been no activity for 12 hours. Although there is no limit to the number of items you can have on the wall, we ask that you bump/upload in bunches of 5 and at intervals so that the wall isnt flooded with one person's posts. . please be realistic and maybe drop the price after say about five times of bumping.. Failure to adhere to these rules could result in the deletion of your pictures.
