If you do not live in Belding and you want to list item/items on this site. You must be willing to meet where the Belding Resident wants to meet or agree on a decent 1/2 way point. If you aren't willing to work with this, then I suggest you remove yourself from the site.
1. Post a brief, but clear description of the item, its condition, price and relevant features
2. Include a clear picture of the item and/or a link to the item on a website that sells it new to give interested buyers more information
3. Specify what city you live in so potential buyers will know where they would need to pick the item up from
4. As needed, "bump" your posts to the top of the page that are still for sale (do so by adding a response to your own post)
5. Delete any items that have sold to make more room for others still available for sale. You go to the group search box up in the right hand corner type your name, click enter and you will see your items. Click delete to rid of them.
6. If you have a large amount of items to sell, especially of a similar type, you might like to create your own Facebook page, blog, or album of pictures and share a link with the group
7. Show respect for each other and each others post. Do not comment with any negativity on anyone's post, if you do you will be deleted from the group.
8. No Shows will NOT be tolerated. Don't make arrangements to meet with someone unless you know for sure you can. IF you make arrangements to meet and something happens you can't find a way to get a hold of that person and cancel your meet. Either arrange for another date & time or just cancel period.
No Cursing, No guns, knives or adult sex items are to be sold you will be removed when reported or caught.
