3. Clearly state SPECIFIC asking prices on all posts. NO "MAKE ME AN OFFER" allowed. We do not allow bidding/auctioning. If you agree to take a lesser amount, follow through with that person. Also, be sure to create your OWN posts. (No commenting on others posts that you have a similar item for sale...etc).
4. Please go in order of comments, answering any questions potential buyers have and allow each person at least an hour to respond as to whether or not they'd like to purchase before moving on to the next person in line. Private Messages are only allowed for claiming an item if you have commented “PM sent”. "Tagging" a person does NOT hold your place.
5. Delete posts once item is sold. If unable to delete, please comment "SOLD, PLEASE DELETE" or PM an admin for help. Do not repost before deleting your old one.
6. Posts are deleted on the 5th day. Albums are deleted at 2 weeks. DO NOT CREATE DUPLICATE POSTS!!!!
7. Please don't BUMP more than once a day, although you're welcome to comment with additional information or price reductions.
8. This is not for the advertising and or business use. This includes but is not limited to ALL (yes all), sales, inventory reduction, rentals/real estate/apartments, photography, jewelry making, crosses, tutus, bows, canvases, cleaning, flea market merchandise, jumper rentals, purses purchased from a distributor, painted furniture as a hobby, phone cases (other than individual ones), hobby crafts and etc. This includes other FB pages as well. A business is defined as doing something intentional for ANY profit.
9. We do not allow members to create posts which advertise other FB groups.

13. Due to Texas State Health codes and State laws, NO FOOD items. This includes ALL baby formula/food, alcohol, prescription, contact lenses, diet products (pills/shakes/powders – open or sealed). NO PIRATED DVDs, NO FIREARMS and NO PORNOGRAPHIC material.
14. Blocking or bashing any Admin is cause for immediate BAN.
15. Non-picture posts (ISO, listings, and questions) will be deleted each night please take a screenshot of comments to save them.
16. Yard/Garage/Estate Sale posts will be deleted after 3pm daily. All posts with photos of items must include price and you must hold at least an hour.
17. No first come posts. You may say “No holds” however; you must give a buyer a reasonable amount of time to pick up.
18. Screenshots/text messages are required with complaints. We will contact the member and document the offense. After 3 violations, the member will be removed from the group.
