Zafar Shah & Co. which was subsequently merged in 2005 with successor of a former member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. The firm was further reformed and restructured to expand its operations and create synergy over the period. The name of the firm has been recently changed from Naveed Zafar Husain Jaffery & Co. to the above name w.e.f. May 2012 and such change of name has been approved by the regulating body, Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan (ICAP).
