Hello, and Welcome to the," Butler County, Rain or Shine Online Yard Sale, group". I want this to be a place where people can come to sell/purchase items that they no longer use or want. I want only things that you would sell in a yardsale posted on here, which even includes cars. All items must be priced, and a pickup destination must be included in the post as well. The first person to post that they want the item, or that they're interested in the item, has the first chance to purchase it. The purchaser must make contact with the seller within an hour of stating their interest, to set up arrangements for purchasing the item. The same applies to the seller. This is also not a "fist come first serve" group. So, just because someone agrees to purchase it for more, or will pick it up earlier that the person who showed interest before them, this is not right, nor is it allowed. You also must be 18 or older to be a member of this group.There will not be any tolerating of the selling/trading of guns, except for bb guns and paint guns. There also isn't to be any selling of vitamins/pills of any kind, in this group. Selling burned/pirated dvd's is illegal, and will not be tolerated. The selling of anything that's edible, or that can be ingested, is also prohibited. If an item for any reason, has an expiration date, it must not be expired. There's also not to be any ads of any kind. This includes any product selling, or any job ads.
