Please feel free to post any of your personal belongings you no longer wish to keep. One mans crap is another mans treasure, right? (At least that's what I tell my hubby when I try to convince him to stop at a yard sale) But this is even better. You don't have to slowly drive by a house to see if there's anything worth stopping for.
POSTING GUIDELINES:
1.) POSTING
*Anyone posting more than THREE (3) items in (1)one DAY, NEEDS to post it in an album. This will make for less traffic on the wall.
*Also, you MUST PUT THE DESCRIPTION OF YOUR ITEM IN THE CAPTION AREA. NOT THE COMMENT AREA (so remember if you are looking at a photo of an item and think there is no description, CLICK ON THE PHOTO!) :) Putting the description in a comment is the same as bumping or posting the item individually(when it's supposed to be in an album)
*** DO NOT POST ON ANOTHER MEMBERS PHOTO THAT YOU HAVE THE SAME ITEM*** MAKE YOUR OWN POST!!! It's like going in to Pizza Factory and handing out Pizza Hut coupons! :) Be courteous and Tactful. :)
Also, Please do not post profane or inappropriate items on this page.
2.) BUMPING AND RE-LISTING ITEMS.
Also, "bumbing" is NOT allowed. Obviously, if you have changed your price, you are more than welcome to post that information. But please do not post symbols and/or punctuations to bump your item. Also, reiterating the fact that the item is still for sale, is not allowed. Doing these things will bump your item to the top of the page and it's simply not fair to those who have just posted new items.
HOWEVER, once your item has been listed for 21 days, you may bump it or re-post it. If you choose to re-post your item, you MUST remove the old post.
3.) RULES FOR THE SELLER
NONE! (other than what is already listed on his page) Seller makes the final decision on who gets the item.
I would hope that we could all be courteous, and kind in our dealings with one another! However, "fair" is defined differently by everyone, so please keep that in mind. You may not think that a sale was very fair, but in the end, it's up to the seller.
4.) SALES PENDING
If you are selling an item and you're just waiting for the sale to be completed, PlLEASE be sure to post *SALE PENDING.* That way, we are aware of the item's status and it will prevent "excessive commenting and questions" on the post and page.
5.) AFTER THE SALE.
I will NOT delete anything that hasn't been sold, (unless you are disregarding these guidelines.) PLEASE just make sure you delete your items yourself, once a fellow Yard Sale Friend has purchased it Thank you in advance!

6.) REMOVAL FROM GROUP
Members of the group that disregard these guidelines, will be asked to remove their post. Also,( I REALLY hate to say this,) but If a member continues to disregard the guidelines, they will most likely be removed from the group. Please be mindful of this as you are posting your items.
