RULES..... Please read and abide by: Yard Sale at your own risk!!!!! Items are as is unless buyer and seller agree to reverse transaction. 1. If you are selling 5 or more items, please make an album. Click photos at the top, then upload photos. 2. When adding photos, please open each picture and click edit below it to add your description. Do not make it a comment as this also clogs up the newsfeed. 3. If there is an item you want, please comment on the item stating you are interested (asking size, price, etc. doesn't mean you are interested) You have to state it, "interested depending on price, size, location, etc." Then PM the person to conclude the transaction and set up pick up time and place. This will avoid bidding wars and drama. 4. Seller - please take the first commentor first and work your way down the line. If you get a PM from someone that did not comment on the item at all please tell them they have to comment on the picture and they go in line. 5. If a person no shows, please send me a PM. This person will get a warning 2 times and on the 3rd offense will be removed from the site for good. 6. Please look at the item before you hand the money over to make sure it is what you want. You are not forced to buy anything that is not up to your standards. 7. You can resell an item that you bought from this site, but not for more than what you paid for it. 8. If you have a problem with someone, please try to fix it with the person before you come to me. I have a family and don't have time to negotiate for you. DO NOT POST IT ON THE WALL! 9. Do not bump every item one at a time. If you want to bump your album please do so by finding your album in the photos section and commenting on it 10. You may participate if you are not from Benton or North Bossier. But please meet somewhere in Benton or North Bossier. 11. When making an album please name it a name other than the date you uploaded. 12. If an item is pending pick up, please put PPU. But once it has been picked up please put SOLD and/or delete your pic. 13. Tagging someone in a post doesn't give them first dibs on an item, they will have to state if they want it on their own in the post.. not just in a PM. 14. If you have the same item someone else has, dont' post under someone else's post stating that you have it. Make your own post about it. 15. Try to get a phone number of the person you are meeting with in case you are unable to make it or are running late. 16. No outbidding. This is not EBAY. I'll make this more specific. DO not post something for Best offer. You can post something for Make offer but you must consider each offer in the order it's received. 17. Please give buyer/seller 24hrs to respond before moving on to the next person in line. 18. If someone is searching for a specific item. anyone can comment on the post if they have something to offer.
