English is the main language of NIKON "THE DARK SIDE" facebook group. Having alot of group type in Facebook: close, open and secret and it is a CLOSED group. They attracted 522 members. So people rank it like a Small group. You can find this group by searching 518107798272992 on Google, Bing or Yahoo. 2015-01-07 08:57:05 is the closest date we have information about it.
THE RULES
Please take a moment to read through this , it will explain what THE DARKSIDE is about
All images MUST BE from a NIKON Camera and have the BASIC EXIF DATA, CAMERA MODEL AND LENS used when posting images.
PLEASE ask if you are not sure what EXIF data is or how to get it from your camera. If not added to the image it may be deleted.
If you wish to edit another photographers Image, please ask the poster first.
Also if your Facebook account has a company name or alias then please introduce yourself with your proper name, or name you would like to be known by.
If you are joining just to promote your work and not be part of a sharing community then we suggest that this group is not for you.
We do not permit external links and all images posted should be your own work, posting of own new or archive images only no shares from other sites, an odd image of note can be posted from a close family member, if it is anything other than an odd image then they must join as a member. If the image is designed to show a technique or piece of kit then that is allowed. Any links useful to the Community can be posted in a links files in the files area, anyone attempting to post anything otherwise in there will be banned.
Remember a community is only as good as its members and you will get out of the experience what you put in, it is a two way process. There are people on here with all levels of expertise, however no one is above learning something new and the most experienced can always learn something from the new shooter, even if it is humility.
Never be afraid to ask, everyone has to learn, there are no stupid questions and while one may not feel it their place to comment on another's work, remember sometimes all it needs is “WOW I like that” or a simple “like” means you have seen and respect the effort another person has gone to capture, edit and post an image.
If you want some critique of an image then request it but don’t flood the wall with critique requests, this is not the primary function of the group.
We are here to learn and teach and share this great love of photography we all have ,and if we put effort in we will all get the rewards and learn from the experience, remember it is a two way process.
Bullying of any kind will receive an instant ban, if anyone has an issue with a member, or a members post PLEASE raise it with Admin team in the first instance they can be found on the links below.
We will not tolerate any images that are deemed to be in contravention of taste or not safe /suitable for minors. If a member objects to an image then they should firstly raise their objections with Admin, we will assess the objection and come to an agreement, our decision is final.
