1. All items listed must be in at least good used condition and CLEANED before selling.
2. All pictures must have information; (including whether you are located in Garland or Mesquite) this can be done either on the picture using paint, a photo editor, or just typed in under the picture.
3. Photos can be uploaded on the wall if you are on a cell but would be helpful if you are able to make an album, to do so. It just helps in keeping the wall from being so cluttered. If you do not know how to do this one of the administrators can help you if you have any questions.
4. Please disclose if the items are coming from a smoke free home or not.
5. Items being sold MUST be done in the order of comments; if you wish to sell specifically to a certain person please do so via private msg.
6. Once the buyer says they want an item please private msg each other with details thereafter. Such as payment, meeting arrangements and so on. This will help prevent the post from bumping up on the wall and help others items to be seen.
7. If a buyer does not respond in a timely manner either on the photos or an agreement via private msg, within 24 hrs of commenting, the item can be sold to the next buyer in line.
8. If you comment that you would like to buy something and change your mind PLEASE let the seller know.
9. Once an item is bought/sold, please do not remove the picture until the item/s have been picked up.
10. Albums can be bumped at least a couple times a week or when you have added new items to your album. Please do not bump every single picture in your album. It is okay if you have added a new item to your album but it’s only fair for others so their items can be seen as well. (bumping means to comment with “bump” or a comment under your album to bring it to the top of the wall so it can be seen)
