What is Ultimate Frisbee?
Frisbee is a game played by two teams, 7-a-side in outdoor matches, and 5-a-side indoor and beach frisbee. The aim of the game is to catch the 'disc' in the opponents end-zone to score a point. Frisbee is self-refereed and relies on 'The Spirit of The Game'.
