For many reasons including OCD, ASD and ADHD my kiddos are on a special diet. We currently are soy, gluten and dairy free with no food dyes and try to stay as healthy as possible. This can sometimes put a damper on holidays, class parties etc.... It is a personal passion of mine to find suitable substitution foods so my clan never feels left out.
