The premise of FreeCycle is to reduce wasteful consumption. By offering what you don't need to others, you are making sure things get used and don't lie around.
It is your right to set specifications when you FreeCycle. Mostly it is on a first come first serve basis when responding to offers, but the decision rests with the FreeCycler!
