FIRST person to state SOLD or SOLD Pending question will have first dibs on that item. Private PMS will not be accepted as first in. ANYONE in breach of this will be removed.
IF your items are listed elsewhere - you MUST state this. If you require pick up asap, you MUST state this in the description. If someone states sold - to be told it has gone to the next in line as they can pick it up earlier, and this was not noted in the description - YOU WILL BE removed.
If a buyer fails to reply to PMs / comments or fails to show a total of 3 times (in general) - they will be removed.
IF someone has said something wrong, rude, nasty etc - DO NOT comment on this post. Simply advise admin to contact you - take a print screen. This kind of behavior will lead to personal attacks and puts you in no better light.
If you have items listed that have sold - you are required to remove the photos. This will be a three strike rule. FB has made it too hard for one or two people to remove thousands of photos, therefore you will be responsible for your own.

Let this be a warning - I will not tolerate any pets outside of the RSPCA and NT GOV standard guidelines to be sold on here. If you repeatedly ignore admins request for the age on an animal - you will be removed. If you post animals for sale under these ages - You will be removed. Should have supporting paperwork that puppies or kittens are ready to go earlier - you will need to provide this PRIOR to posting.

RABBITS: MUST BE 6 weeks
GUINEA PIGS: MUST BE 4 weeks

BIRDS: MUST NOT BE SOLD until fully weaned.
Tickets - Concert / Sport / Events etc - are NOT to be sold over the original cost.
