This is a Trenton, TN based group. You MUST be willing to meet in Trenton to finalize sale. Arrangements can be made between buyer and seller to meet elsewhere if both parties agree, but please do not post in this group if you cannot / will not meet in Trenton.
EXAMPLE: If you post "must meet in Jackson, Milan, etc.." Your post will be deleted WITHOUT notice.
Here are the RULES and how it all works:
The item is sold to the FIRST person to state SOLD or SOLD PENDING.
Nothing else will confirm that you are the first buyer of the item! (If you do not say sold or sold pending you will be overlooked)
If you have questions about the item that will determine you buying it, put SOLD PENDING, then your question.
No over-bidding on items!!!
All Transactions should be done on the original post. Do not INBOX message or TEXT message about sales. For your own safety, DO NOT list your phone number on your post!
If you would like to be considered for the item if something falls through with the first buyer, put SOLD NEXT.
SELLERS: If your phone number is listed on your post, the post WILL be deleted WITHOUT notice!
►If someone offers you a lower price, and there are many people saying "sold next", "sold second". You must offer the first buyer to pay full price BEFORE ANYONE ELSE. If they pass on the item, you move to the next person in line.
►You MUST use albums when selling several items. This will make it much easier for you to keep up with.
For example: If you are selling several articles of children's clothing, put it all in one album. However, if you are selling adult and children's clothes, you may create two separate albums.
►If you have more than one of the same item please comment how many and delete when all items are gone.
►Please only "bump" pictures ONCE per week (unless you are reducing the price). Do not repost pictures that you've already posted unless you've deleted the first ones. Those who continue to bump more than once a week will be removed.
►Once your item is sold and exchanged, please, DELETE THE PICTURE.
►If you do not hear from a buyer after 2 days to at least set up a pick up time you can re-list the item.
►This is a site to buy, sell, or trade. There will be absolutely NO advertising. Any advertisements posted will be deleted!
You are welcome to post your yard sale but please delete once the date has passed!
►Handmade goods are very much welcome to sell.
