Please note that we are NOT a Paleo group, but a Whole30 group (subset of Paleo). We also stick closely to the Rules and highly recommend also following the Recommendations of Melissa Hartwig for a much better outcome. While the recommendations usually state "we'd rather you didn't....", following those will result in a BIG difference in results!

For purposes of clarification: Whole30 Paleo = Whole30 version of Paleo, as Whole30 is a variation of the Paleo diet, albeit stricter in some regards.
We are simply a group of people offering up support and recipes for those wishing to better their health through the Whole30 program!
If you are following Whole30 "for the most part" that is not Whole30. Neither is Whole30 "with modifications." Remember that Whole30 is not necessarily Paleo and that our focus here is Whole30 only. We have other groups for post Whole30 and for those who have been through at least one round who understand the rules/recommendations and want to get directly into that. Questions ARE allowed here!
