8. If you block admin, you will be removed no ifs no buts.
9. All photos MUST have price & location, all items that are listed MUST have a photo.
10. You can bump your album/photos, ONCE every 6 hours. if you are seen to be bumping before the 6 hours, we will remove your post with out warning.
11. First person who comments sold/sold pending has 1st option to buy, if the seller does not hear back from the buyer that comments either sold/sold pending within 12 hours, they have the right to move onto NIL.
12. NO SELLING OF ANY ANIMAL AND NO FREE TO GOOD HOME!!!!! - If you are seen listing any sort of animal, you will be banned from the group!
13. ALL Garage sale need to be listed on the document & not the wall, if they are listed on the wall they will be removed without notice!
14. Abusing admin or another member of this group will NOT be tolerated and you will be banned straight away.
