RULE 1: The seller of each item can determine who they ultimately sell the item to (first person in line, highest bid, soonest to pick up) This isn't to make things unfair but to prevent sellers from feeling forced to meet up with members they do not feel uncomfortable with.
Bottom line: The seller owns his/her item and has the authority to sell each item to any person they wish to sell to. If you want an item, be nice. Respond with a concrete time and place you can meet and offer to pay the amount posted. If you are slightly interested then feel free to ask questions but know that another person may get the item while you decide.
Sellers - please include very detailed descriptions of your items to make sales easier and involve less questions.
RULE 2 - We no longer allow posts from Multi Level Marketing businesses such as Plexus Slim, Pampered Chef, Designer Jean sales, Nutrition companies, Do not post job offerings for MLM businesses. Please message an admin to approve job posting if unsure
RULE 3 - Please delete sold items.
RULE 4 - You must limit posts to 7 per week. You can list more items simply by including more items in one picture or start an album. ALSO, when you are bumping items in an album, please bump the album, not every item in the group.
RULE 5 - Once you agree with a seller that you want the item and are setting up a time to pick it up, don't try to ask less for the item. All sales must be agreed on the site, so that way if they want to decline to reduce the price, they can still continue to sell it to the next person in line right away.
RULE 6 - An item can only be bumped every 48 hrs.
RULE 7 - If your item is listed on another site please state that in your description.
RULE 8 - We do NOT allow the sale of car seats or booster seats on our site due to the inability to verify its safety (never been in an accident, etc) We will immediately delete all carseats and booster seats.
RULE 9 - Please be kind and friendly. Do not post passive aggressive messages on the general board if you are displeased with another member. If you have a problem with someone, please private message that person first. If you continue to have a problem then you can feel free to send a private message to one of the admin.
RULE 10 - If your item has sold but has not been picked up you may leave the item up until it is picked up. Simply state, "SOLD. Pending Pick Up."
RULE 11: Designer purses/clutches/wallets/bags that need to be authenticated (Coach, LV, Chanel, Prada, Gucci, etc) CANNOT be sold on our site.
RULE 12: Sale of any & all firearms is NOT permitted on this site
