Welcome to SMOCK MONKEY. This is a buy in group. Preorders are posted throughout the month with a specific order date range. If you are interested in an outfit, you post your paypal address and size(s) needed in the post. Dresses and longalls are $20.00 - $24.00, 2 piece sets are $22.00 and shirts vary from $12.00 to $14.00. Shipping charges are extra and are posted in the photo album. A shipping discount is given for multiple outfits.
Once the preorder is closed, I submit the order to the vendor and start invoicing for half of the payment. This is payment 1. Once the order is shipped to me (approximately 6-8 weeks), I invoice you for payment 2. The order is shipped from Vietnam, so it takes about a week to get to me through customs and then 3-4 days for me to turn around to you.
Please review the invoices for accuracy. I am human and make mistakes. If you do not check the invoice, please do not be mad if you get the wrong thing. Typically, I send out over 1,000 invoices at a time, so errors can happen. If you do not know how to access the invoice description, please research it. There is usually an orange box that will allow you to click on it and it shows the breakdown of your order.
Please do not ask to change your sizes once the order is placed. The order is placed based on what you tell me. Imagine, if everyone wanted to change their order. Read the size chart, ask other buyers questions and if you get the wrong size, sell or trade it on B/S/T and don’t fret because there will be more cute outfits!
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payment is due within 5 days of the invoice. If you have an issue with meeting that timeframe, contact me and I can work with you. Payment 2 is also due within 5 days If you make payment number 1 and then I send you invoice 2 and you do not pay or respond to my reminders and emails, then please know that I will withhold a $5.00 per item, cancellation/non-payment fee for me being stuck with your outfits.
