This is a yard sale group for people of Cambridge, Somerville, Arlington and now Medford. If you post in this group, you must be able to meet within the designated areas above. Be nice, no illegal items, have fun!
We just have a few rules:
1. If you have more than 3 items for sale, please create an album. Prices just go in the descriptions, not the comments.
2. If you have TONS of items, you may group them (i.e. toys, clothes, etc) and make an album for each.
3. You are allowed 1 bump every 48 hours.. (Commenting on your stuff counts as a bump, unless you're answering someone that commented)
4. No selling of illegal items, formula, animals, advertising services, websites, or your businesses. This is a site to sell items as you would in a yard sale.
5. All listings MUST contain a price, location for pick-up/meet, size (if it is something that has a size), as well as a product description and picture (no stock photos unless item is brand new in box) This information must be included in the item/album descriptions, NOT the comments.
6. Do not post, or buy, unless you're able to meet in the designated areas. (Cambridge, Somerville, Arlington, and Medford.) Any mention of other areas will not be approved.
7. Posts must be deleted within 24hours of being sold. If someone responds to your post with interested/sold, they have 24 hours to plan a meet or move onto the next person at your own discretion.
8. No selling of purses of any kind. Too many fakes out there, and sites are getting shut down due to it. So I ask you, please no designer purses in this group.
9. No selling of Stock Piles. (i.e. stuff you got for free or for pennies, by couponing) As well as no price gouging or Items you got for free in one of those free groups will not be allowed for sale either. If you are caught selling something that someone gave you for free in another group, you WILL be banned.
10. Keep it friendly. Have fun, and make money!
**I also URGE people to google before they buy! I don't know about you, but I hate to see people get taken advantage of! You may think you're getting a great deal on something, until you look it up and see it's so much cheaper elsewhere. So please, for your sake, google it.
