Community Events-
All community events and fundraising activity is welcome. Please add your event to the event calender and the comment section of the Local Events DOC.
Selling-
Photos MUST be uploaded into appropriate albums (ie. If you are posting photos of furniture for sale, please add to the FURNITURE album, jewellery must go in the JEWELLERY album etc) Item description to be placed in the photo description section. Photos uploaded direct to the page or in the wrong album will be deleted. IF YOU WISH TO START YOUR OWN ALBUM, PLEASE MESSAGE ADMIN. ALBUMS WILL BE FOR BUSINESSES AND COMMUNITY EVENTS ONLY. All other items must go in appropriate album OR THEY WILL BE DELETED.
Photos will have a used by date. Your photo will expire ONE MONTH from the date you uploaded it. On this date your photo will be deleted. At which point you may re-advertise if your item is still available. You will still be asked to delete your photo once your item has sold.
No duplicate posts, these will be deleted.
Items must have a price and description.
Wanted items-
There will be a DOC for WANTED items. Simply open the DOC and put your wanted item in the comments section. People can browse all wanted items at once.
We will still allow wanted adds direct to the page (no photo) but know that your post will be deleted in the fortnightly clean up.
Page activity-
Now that the photos are all neat and tidy there will be more room for page activity.
This may consist of a small amount of chatter, questions, tips or community notices.
All direct advertising of businesses must be done on the business DOC or photo album.
Searching/browsing items-
Is now easy! If you are looking for something specific go to the appropriate album. If you are browsing go through the albums one at a time.
Bumping-
You may also bump ONCE when you first upload your pic for initial exposure.
Other than that bumping is NOT ALLOWED. Even though the photos are now in albums you will notice a single photo will still go to the page when commented on.

Housekeeping-
All posts and photos will be tidied fortnightly. No exceptions.
You are still asked to delete your own photos and posts please.
Complaints, suggestions and feedback-
There will be a DOC for your suggestions and feedback. You may enter these into the comments section. All comments must be genuine, polite and to the point. All comments will be reviewed by admin.
Conflict between members-
Any posts that's have a slanderous nature towards other members will be deleted.
