Part of a shared house with 2 other ladies, this will start as a 3 or 6 month lease and can roll on after that. Literally just off Lark Lane, you'll have tons of bars, shops, restaurants and Sefton Park on your doorstep. The house is fully furnished but we can accommodate your furniture, within reason, if need be.
The Room
1 double loft bedroom. The room is on the top floor of a gorgeous 3 floor terrace. Good quality bed and bedroom furniture included. Double glazed skylight and quiet as it's the back bedroom.
The Dressing Room
As the renter of this room you get half of the 'dressing room' all to yourself. We basically turned the spare bedroom into a walk-in dressing room, complete with masses of wardrobe and shoe space. Perfect for those with a healthy shopping habit!

How much?
£325 pcm for rent, exclusive of bills which you'll share with Elaine & Jemma. These are roughly about £70-80 extra p/m. Would require first months rent in advance, plus one month as a deposit.
