1) No fire arms, alcohol or tobacco items are allowed, member will be banned. (this is for my own liability purposes)
2) Any items not priced will be automatically deleted or we will remind you to price, you have the option to add "or best offer," but please price.
3) If posting more than a 3 items, make an album, or a collage of items. NO more than 3 single items can be posted a day, they will be deleted, please limit views of the item to ONE pic per item and if members want others you can PM or add it to the comments on that post. Us admins will be doing house cleaning every two weeks or so and items of no interest or more than a month old will be deleted but feel free to post them in the future as new members may be looking for what you have.
**To make an album: Go to ADD PICTURE/VIDEO, from there you will see CREATE AN ALBUM, upload pics there and under each picture add info and price, and then post. If you are on a phone EXIT out of the FB app and go thru Internet Explorer or the browser of your choice. Please be respect that as it helps to make this group run smoothly, I have been doing this for years now and this works.
5) Infant, baby & toddler car seats have an expiration date, be certain to add that to the description along with a photo of the sticker and double check before purchasing to make certain the dates match, if the seat has expired it will be deleted. Also note if the seat/carrier had been in an accident it has been compromised and a possible hazard for the child as well. Let's keep our children safe!! TY
6) No WIC or food stamp baby foods, juices... are to be sold here as it is illegal to sell them. Please give o a friend or donate such food items.
7) Everyone please follow the rules of first come first serve. If someone inquires about an item follow through with the first in line and if that falls through go on to the next as this just common courtesy. Also state the status of a sale, such as payment pending, on hold or sold and if that is the case please delete all sold items.
8) Follow through with sales, meet-ups and interested parties.
9) Keep marketing advertisement local and no outside sales, such as weight loss programs, ebay or etsy links, FB links are welcome.
10) 2 BUMPS PER DAY.
11) Feel free to post local events, yard, estate sales with dates and please delete when over. Ebay or other outside selling links will be deleted, craigs list items are fine.
12) Lets keep it clean and drama free, insults, arguing & just bad behavior will not be accepted and member(s) will be deleted instantly.
Sorry for all the rules but this is a lucrative group in so many ways and by having set rules everyone is on the same page.
