It has been apparent for some time that a large number of people in the amesbury/Durrington area are interested in mma but the hassle of traveling far and wide to do this is putting people off.
Solution: create a brand new club in our back yard!
Whether your a total novice or a seasoned fighter this club will have something for you with each and every session tailored to reflect the skills used in real mma fights.
This club will be geared towards people who want to:
compete in cage fights,
improve aspects of their own fight game,
learn mma from scratch,
or just have a really good strength and conditioning session.
Learn all aspects of mma including: Stand up fighting (boxing/kickboxing/muay thai), submissions, wrestling, takedowns and takedown defence.
