You’ve heard all about our new DCS Facebook “Page”. This is where all official DCS Facebook comment & posts will be made – effective immediately. But we also recognise how popular the more informal and collaborative existing DCS Facebook Group is, and remains – so we have decided to keep both.
• DCS Facebook "Page" is for all official DCS Facebook communication – you can contact the Club committee via this Page, and you are also free to post whatever you want on the Page (subject to guidelines below)
• DCS Facebook "Group" is for the full membership community, and can be used just the way it is today (but you won’t find any formal Club communication or comment there).
We hope that by retaining both Facebook presences that it will serve the full needs of our community.
Please do not post anything that is of a commercial nature, or in any way offensive, to either the DCS Facebook Page or Group - DCS will continue to remove any such content, (and repeat offenders will be blocked from both communities).
Dubai Creek Striders was formed by Malcolm Murphy in September 1995. DCS has grown in subsequent years with as many as 70 runners pounding the tarmac on a Friday morning on various routes in and around Dubai.
