This group will have two type money raising activities dips and auctions.
DIPS are like a online raffle. At the start of each dip sale it will be clearly stated how many tickets in that dip will need to be sold to complete that dip. The number of tickets sold will cover the cost of the item, the postage and because this is fund raising charity group there will be extra tickets sold to ensure a donation to the saying goodbye charity. How many tickets will be sold
How much of this will go to charity.
To play you will be asked to pick a number ... For example if the dip has 20 tickets you need to pick a number 1-20. Draw will be done using an online random number selector (will video it to show its all fair and square).
Bid rules
1) no payment will be excepted until all bid tickets have been brought.
2) payment will be expected within 48 hours of last ticket being sold.
3) failure to pay will result in those tickets being resold.
4) repeated failure to pay will result in member being removed from group.
5) payment to be made via PayPal
6) if paying by goods/services please add the relevant fees or you can pay friends with no fees due (in addition if you send money via goods/services but don't send the relevant fees your numbers will be resold)
7) The national fundraising manager or another senior representative of SG will choose a number at random at the end of the dip
AUCTIONS is simply that and at the start of auction you will be given a starting price and any postage costs (postage is on top of your auction bid and is payable by the person with the winning bid.
Auction rules
1) increments allowed on auction of no less than 50p unless otherwise stated by admin on individual auctions.
2) payment must be received within 48 hours after end if auction.
3) if item does not get paid for admin will either offer the item to the second highest bidder or the auction will be extended for a further two days (at admins discretion)
4) Repeated failure to pay will result in member being removed from group.
5) payments should be made by PayPal.
