We might as well get the does and don't out of the way. I will start by introducing myself I am a 49 yr old Mother of 6 children ages ranging from 6 months-12 yrs old. Here is basically all I am asking and expecting to be done so we can enjoy an easy to use site. When posting an item I want to see the location, the price, the size, the condition and a picture if u have one. I do not mind others posting from different towns and Cities in the Tri City area as long as u let people know where u are located.

It is the seller's decision regarding how long to hold an item that has been sold and is pending pick up.
