4) YOUR AD DOES NOT GO MISSING ONCE YOU POST IT. Please do not BUMP your ads or keep moving your pictures to the main page by constantly commenting on them. Your ad will be seen easier by everyone if you leave it alone. 48hr no bumping policy!!
5) This is not a closed group. Please don't post anything that you may not want others to see you are selling.
6) THIS GROUP IS BUYER BEWARE! We are not liable for any misinformation or transactions gone wrong.
7) If you are having problems with another group member or have suggestions/feedback please PM an admin and we will do our best to help you out.
8) If you have an issue with a seller or post PLEASE do not vent your frustrations on the wall! If its important for you to vent please PLEASE PM an admin.
9)There is ZERO tolerance for drugs/alcohol or anything that requires a purchaser to be of age. This includes devices used for such illegal activities. The photos/posts will be removed immediatley and may result in members being blocked from the group.
10)We recently ran into issues with "garage sale" selling and it created alot of confusion among buyers. Please if you are having a garage sale , list the address/details on the wall once. Anything left AFTER your garage sale , please feel free to post into the appropriate albums and make proper arrangements for pickup.
11) Please no bidding wars! It causes a lot of unnecessary drama! The price is the price and if your in line wait your turn!
Admin will not tolerate any verbal abuse from members - that person will be blocked from the group without warning - and if a member becomes a nuisance to several people, they will be blocked from the group.
Also - Admin are not responsible for ANY loses/issues etc. that any group members run into and by using this group, that is your agreement.
We will do a 30 day sweep to delete photos..and if you can try and put them in appropriate albums unless your on a phone ( you don't have to mark them Mobile Upload if there is the little mobile symbol underneath! If not the photo will be deleted!!)
