Please follow these simple rules:
Used furniture and home decor only. No other items will be allowed.
1: Create yourself an album using your name or a nick name. Place all items you sell in your album. Think of this album as your store. An album makes it easier for you to find and manage your items. When a buyer visits your album they see all of your available items, unlike when scrolling single posts.
2: If an item sells please remove it immediately.
3: Please give as much information about your items as possible such as brand, size, price etc. This will speed up the process of selling.
4: We are NOT responsible for issues that arise from the sale, pickup or condition of product. Deal with the seller directly if issues arise.
5: IMPORTANT: Be considerate. If you comment "Interested" on an item keep checking every few hours for a reply from the seller. Sellers watch your album and comments. There is no reason to drag a sale on for 24 hours only to find out it is not what one wanted.
6: NO COMPANY ITEMS such as Avon, Body Wraps etc.
7: Bump and album once a day.
8: This is a Olathe Kansas group. Pickups should be in Olathe Kansas.
