Off the back of the workshop that was held by Gyeongsamnamdo's Office of Education I felt there was a great wealth of knowledge and experience to be had from our fellow peers. As some of you know I am currently studying Leadership and Management in Education and I would like to start a project that leads discussions on various aspects of education, although mostly focused on teaching in Korea. I will pose questions or topics of interest and would ask that people comment/discuss/share stories and advice.
If anyone has topics they would like to post, then I would ask them to do so.
This is an advice sharing group and not a debate forum. I will monitor all discussions and only take part where I feel I can share insight. There are, however, some ground rules that I ask all members to adhere to;
1. Be respectful.

Any members that attempt to pick petty arguments or to bully and intimidate people will be given one warning and on their second offense will be deleted from the group and there are two reasons for this;
1. This is a group for sharing thoughts/experience/ideas and not a group for griping (take your gripes to another page).
2. I don't have time for bickering morons.
