This challenge group is for everyone doing a Beachbody workout. This group was designed to help keep people motivated and accountable to make progress on their health and fitness goals during one of the hardest times of the year. The more interactive everyone is the more fun this group will be.
Additionally, this is not a group to post and promote other products. Please post motivational or funny pictures/memes, healthy recipes, etc. but please no products unless they are Beachbody related. This is a fitness and support challenge group not a magazine ad :). If I see these posts I will remove you from the group.
