Welcome to Vinyl-Holics part 2. A place for group buy-ins, auctions and destashing items. The goal is for our members to find the best deals on the internet. We all strive to keep our costs low so our profits can excel. Please read the following rules carefully. If you have any questions. concerns or comments, please contact an Admin and we will do our best to assist you right away.
GROUP BUY-INS:
This is for people who do buy-ins once in a while or every week. We all know, the more of an item you buy, normally the cheaper it will be. So if you or your group has a big buy-in going on, please let us know about it. Please post the information here and be as descriptive as possible when telling everyone about the buy-in (fees, shipping, estimated arrival dates, ect.)
AUCTIONS:
We will have weekly auctions in this group. These auctions will consist of anything from craft supplies all the way to finished products. We will open the auction once per week and any member is welcome to post items.
Sellers, when you list an item, be sure to list a SB (starting bid), BI (bid increments) and shipping cost. Once the auction closes, please invoice your winner and send their item ASAP. Items should ship within 2 business days after the invoice has been paid.
Buyers, if you win the bid, you have 24 hours to pay your invoice. If the invoice is not paid, the item automatically goes the the second highest bidder. At that point, if the second bidder does not want the item, then the seller will have the option to repost the item in the next auction. The second highest bidder has no obligation to buy the item once they have been outbid.
To buyers and sellers. If invoices are not sent and paid within this time frame, you may be banned from posting or bidding on future items. We want everyone to play fair. All transactions must be handled via PayPal so that each party has record of the payment.
DESTASH ITEMS:
This group is also for destashing any extra craft supplies that you may have. We probably all have a stash of craft supplies that we will most likely never do anything with. If you ever want to get rid of any of those supplies, just list them in this group. Please be as descriptive as possible when posting an item. Be sure to include a photo, the price and shipping costs if applicable.
Most importantly, we want everyone to HAVE FUN. We all enjoy arts & crafts so let's make the best of it!
This group, the Admins and Facebook are in no way responsible for the transactions that take place in auctions or the destash process. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to handle all transactions privately. If we find that any person selling an item is trying to scam people, they will be immediately banned from this group and reported to the proper authorities.
If you ever suspect suspicious behavior, please report to an admin so that we can properly investigate.
