3. Gently used items in good condition are accepted.
4. Please give as much information about the item as possible (price, size, condition, smoke free/pet free, general pickup location, etc)
5. The first person to comment on an item is first in line to buy the item. Sellers should go in order of comments if the first person backs out. Buyers should respond within a reasonable amount of time (within 24 hours) or the seller has the right to move on to the next person.
6. The buyer and seller are responsible for communicating to each other on payment and pickup arrangements.
7. This is not an auction group. Buyers, do not try to offer more money for an item to move up on the list. Sellers, post a price for your item. Avoid simply asking for an offer.

9. When an item is sold please delete the whole post.
